This is one of the Covert One series. Covert One is the secret agency of US, which is unlike CIA, never heard of.

There is a suddent blast in a biological lab in Paris and the molecular computer went missing from the lab along with the scientist.
Covert one agent rushes to the scene and messes with different spies around the city. When he meets the scientist’s daughter, after a short conversation, even she is kidnapped by a gang and he is left without a clue.
Finally, some more agents from different countries meet together, form a plan and when they find the scientist’s daughter the truth unwinds.
It is a cleverly written movie with nice twists and turns in the story. I am planning to read all covert one books
